The law is a system of behavior that is created and implemented through social or government institutions to regulate the behavior. As a system of law, regulation and ensuring that a community exhibits respect and equality among themselves. The law enforced by the state can be done by a collective legislature or a single legislator, resulting in the action being taken by the judges through proceedings, orders and regulations, or by the ancestors normally in common law courts. Private individuals can make legally binding contracts, which include mediation agreements which can choose to accept alternative arbitration in the normal court process. Laws may be influenced by a Constitution, written or silent form itself, and they can be encoded in it. Law shapes politics, economics, history and society in different ways and acts as the mediator of relations between people.
A general distinction (A) can be made between the Civil Law Court, in which the legislature or other central body codifies and consolidates its laws, and (b) common law arrangements, where the judge made the example as binding law Historically, religious laws have also played an important role in settling secular matters, which are still some Religious communities, especially Jews and some countries, are especially Islamic. Islamic Sharia law is the world's most widely used religious law
The law's decision is usually divided into two main areas, which are referred to as (i) criminal law and (ii) civil law. Criminal law relates to conduct, which is considered harmful to the social order and in which the guilty party can be imprisoned or fined. Civil law relates to the dispute of lawsuits between individuals or organizations.
